With years of experience in the transfer industry Resolute Travel provides a private pre-booked transfer service where you will be met by our professional team at the airport or requested pick up point and dropped off at your specified destination. Our well maintained vehicles are air-conditioned with full passenger liability and our experienced drivers all have public driving permits. We also specialise in larger GROUP transfers and transport for CONFERENCES.
OUR SERVICE INCLUDES:
- Dedicated account manager to assist with the transport logistics for your event whether the delegates contact us directly for their bookings or with the event organiser we are here to help
- Full meet and greet team at the airport to welcome delegates, check names and co-ordinate the logistics (contacting drivers, dealing with flight delays & cancellations) to make sure clients get to the hotel or conference venie with as little stress as possible.
- For longer & larger conferences we have a team to co-ordinate the logistics getting to the conference venue and back to the accommodation daily with set times and shuttles.
- We act on behalf of the event organiser and become part of the team by using pre-arranged signage at the airport and clothing to make the team fit in and be recognisable to delegates.
